Enjoy life.
When stress won't switch off, your mind won't stop arguing with itself, and the same conflicts keep repeating, life stops feeling like yours. One-to-one coaching to help you find your way back to it.
Whatever door you come through.
Nobody arrives in the abstract. You come because something in your life is asking for attention. These are some of the doorways people walk in through: different doors, the same work underneath.
Deep change follows an arc, whatever opens the door.
A ceremony, a crisis, a birth, a loss, a season of stillness: every real shift has a before, an opening, and an after. My work holds all three, so the opening doesn't close before it has changed anything.
Intention
Before anything, we get honest about what you're really moving toward in your relationships, your work and your inner life. A clear, well-held intention gives you a compass for everything that follows.
BeforeThe open window
Every real change has a moment when the usual patterns loosen: after a journey, in a crisis, in deep practice, in love or loss. The mind is open, ready to reorganize. How you meet that window shapes how much of the shift stays with you.
The openingIntegration
Then we weave it back into your relationships, your work, your body, an ordinary Tuesday. Insight is easy to feel and easy to lose. Integration is where it becomes the way you live.
AfterI found this work by first losing my way.
For years I was a sales manager in tech. On paper it all worked: targets met, titles earned, the next thing always in motion. Then COVID arrived, and with it a depression I couldn't out-perform or out-work. For the first time I had to stop and sit with the questions I'd been too busy to hear: why was I doing any of this, and what was it really for?
The answers didn't come from a book or a boardroom. They came through a series of journeys with nature's medicine, around the world and inward. In that openness I found something I hadn't expected: the very instincts that once led a sales team could help people find their way back to themselves.
So that became the work. I help people hold their own story instead of being run by it: to build a healthy relationship with the ego rather than being ruled by it, and to reunite with a steadiness that was there all along.
Most of my days are now spent helping people through difficult chapters at work, becoming leaders who lead from steadiness rather than fear. But some of my most meaningful hours are quieter and more personal: sitting with one person at a time, in a divorce, a career crossroads, an anxious season or the space around a journey, as they find their way home to themselves.
This is my mission and my life's calling. I'm grateful for every session that brings a person one step closer to being reunited with themselves.
